Brian holds a Master’s in Systems Engineering (Information Systems) and began his career as a Business Systems Analyst and Project Manager for major UK Government departments. This analytical background set the foundation for his unique approach: replacing bulky, bureaucratic manuals with streamlined systems that actually work.

As former Director of the Wales Quality Centre, Brian pioneered a new way of thinking — transforming ISO implementation into a value-driven process that aligns with how your business really operates.
